Resignation of Sarpanch, Up-Sarpanch, Panch, Pradhan, Up-Pradhan, Pramukh, Up-Pramukh and Members of Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad-

• The Sarpanch, Up-Sarpanch, or Panch may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Vikas Adhikari.
